She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Lowder and Mary Misenheimer Lowder; and her husband Billy Joe Allman. She is survived by: her children, Mark Allman (Dee) and Venita Kimrey (Terry); and her brother Carson Lowder. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
