He was predeceased by: his child James A. Tucker; his son-in-law John Harrison, Sr.; and his grandsons, Jason Harrison and Tyler Poole. He is survived by: his child Mandy Harvell Tucker; his wife Jackie Davis Tucker; his children, Richard Tucker (Sheila), Janet Harrison Zalme (Norbert "Nob"), Vicki Poole (Gary) and Carol Haigler (Aubrey); his grandchildren, Amanda Queen (Michael), Matthew Tucker (Kesha), John Harrison, Jr. (Meredith), Josh Poole, Amber Haigler Daughtry (John), Kelly Haigler Brock (John) and Carrie Haigler Honeycutt (Phillip); and his siblings, P. J. Tucker (Pollie) and Dollie Tucker Russell. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
