She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Harvey Rogers and Eva Gentry Rogers; her son Roger Newman; her siblings, Myrtle Newborn, Ruth Borders, Ora Hyatt, Mamie Laidacker, Lois Hall, Arnold Rogers and Roy Rogers; and her former husband James Taylor Newman.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Newman (Angie); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Tori), Matthew, Katie and Kevin Newman; and her great grandchild Lawson Newman. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
