He is survived by: his parents, Marcus H. Aistrop and Virginia Henderson Aistrop; his sons, John Aistrop (Sara) and David Holmes (Wendy); his stepchildren, Kelly Shankle and Shannon Huneycutt (Scotty); and his brothers, Daryl Aistrop, Bobby Aistrop and Mark Aistrop.
Pallbearers include: Christopher Aistrop, Noah Aistrop, Grayson Huneycutt, Scotty Huneycutt, Jeremiah Cruse, and Daryl Aistrop; Honorary Pallearers Jonah Aistrop, Ezra Aistrop, and Easton Huneycutt In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project, or New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, 555 Neisler Rd, Concord, NC 28025.
