It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Rimer Lewis of Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, born in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Laramore, and W. D. Laramore, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Lewis of Concord; her siblings, Wayne Laramore, Ronald Laramore, LaVerne Laramore Olsen, Sharon Laramore Gunter and Sandra Laramore Blount; her children, Barry G. Rimer of Concord and Pamela Rimer Sossamon (Rob) of Concord; her granddaughters, Amanda Rimer, Valarie Rimer, Alana Sossamon Malechuk (Danny) and Megan Sossamon Fontain (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Katherine, Anna, John Paul Malechuk and Sarah Fontain. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
