She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmadge Dewhitt Loflin and Jennie Lee Loflin; her husband Amos Ray Plowman; her son Kenneth Ray Plowman; and her siblings, Dolan Loflin, George David Loflin, Vonceil Hulin and Jewell Sides.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Michelle Shue (Tony) of New London, NC; her daughter-in-law Dianne Plowman of Mount Pleasant, NC; her brothers, Huey Loflin (Pat) of Thomasville, NC and Gene Loflin of Shallotte, NC; and her great grandchildren, Austin Shue and Emily Shue.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly County and to the Paul's Crossing Cemetery Fund.
