She is survived by: her children, Ra'Chelle Perkins (Kary Perkins Sr.), Tiease Ivey-Carelock (Anthony) and Christopher Ivey; and her siblings, Larry Jackson, Ann Adams and Gail Webster. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; nieces and nephew.
