He is survived by: his wife Michelle M. Fields; his daughter Adah Grace Fields; his stepdaughter Madison Holmes of Mount Olive; his parents, Sammy Fields and Donna Price Fields of Faison; his sister Hannah; his brother-in-law Blake Smith of Clinton; his grandmother Sue Price of Mount Olive; his nieces and nephews, Ella of Clinton, Jensen of Clinton and Rhett Smith of Clinton; and his aunt Karen Price of Mount Olive.
