He is survived by: his mother Margie Miller King; his children, Teresa (James King), Thomas Ray King, Jr. of Calypso, Jeffrey David King of Mount Olive, Don (Michelle Garris) and Kimberly (Scott Thigpen); his children-in-law, Betty and Ron Obremski of Apex; and his children, Judy, Burton Johnson of Four Oaks, Linda and Vince Carter of Mount Olive. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters.
