She was predeceased by: her grandfather Eleuterio Ortiz. She is survived by: her son Ayden Ortiz; her parents, Ovidio Ortiz and Maria Collazo Ortiz; her sister Mariela Ortiz Collazo of Seven Springs; and her grandparents, Victor Collazo of Mexico, Luciana Barron of Mexico and Felicitas Martinez of Mexico. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
