He is survived by: his wife Rachel K. Kornegay; his daughters, Crystal K. Fowler (Creighton Fowler) and Anita K. Strickland (Ryan Strickland); his grandchildren, Victoria F. Gorman (Caleb) of Garner, Colton Wade Fowler of Mount Olive, Dylan Strickland of Beulaville and Kaleb Strickland of Beulaville; his brother Dennis; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Kornegay of Mount Olive and George Harvell of Mount Olive. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and Rachel's siblings.
