He is survived by: his sons, Samuel E. Dixon III (Mason Lee Dixon) and Clinton; his parents, Samuel "Sammy" Dixon and Marie Robinson Dixon of Beautancus; his sister Lori D. Rivenbark (Ben) of Mooresville; and his nephew Carson Rivenbark of Mooresville. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tyndall Funeral Home (1005 N Church St, Mt Olive, NC 28365).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial gifts be made to Bear Marsh Baptist Church, 1649 Beautancus Road, Mount Olive NC 28365.
