He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertha Weaver and Clara Denning Weaver; and his siblings, Hazel Weaver Ballard, Howard Wright Weaver, Glenn Weaver, Ralph Weaver, Donald Weaver and James Weaver.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Weaver, Carl Weaver, Roy Weaver and Charles Weaver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
