She is survived by: her children, Duane Locklear of Dudley, Melissa Locklear (Joshua Draughon) of Dudley and Paula Locklear of Dudley; her brothers, Shelton Creech of Pikeville and Ronnie Creech (Jackie) of Mount Olive; her grandchildren, Matthew, Lilly, Emily, Kaitlyn, Khole, Collin, Ethan and Ean; and her great grandchildren, Arianna, Reigna, Reminova and Ezra.
