It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Stroud Casey (Mount Olive, North Carolina), born in Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Douglas "Doug" Casey; her parents, George Lee Stroud and Muriel Harper Stroud; and her brother James Stroud. She is survived by: her children, Donna Lynn Snair (Clarence) of Beaver Falls, Penn. and William Lee Casey (Vandy Lyn Casey) of Cape Carteret; her grandchildren, Beverly Marcello, Joshua Snair and Cameron Casey; her sister Terri Arnette of Pink Hill; and her siblings-in-law, Ronnie J. and Janice Casey of Raleigh.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to either the Alzheimer Foundation of America or Seven Springs Volunteer Fire Department would be appreciated.
