She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Beamon and Mary Brunson Beamon; her husband Theodore C. McLamb; and her son Sherwood L. McLamb. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Blue (Tony) and Renea Lewis (Thomas); her grandsons, Ricco Barden (Alica), Taylan Lewis and Jalen Blue; and her great grandchildren, Za'Kiya Barden, Elias Barden and Zariyana Williams.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garris Funeral Home (812 SW Center St, Mt Olive, NC 28365). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Burning Bush United Holy Church (328 Juniper Rd, Faison, NC 28341). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Cobb Cemetery (329 Juniper Rd, Faison, NC 28341).
