She was predeceased by: her parents, James Randolph Stroud and Jim Hazel Roberts Stroud; her daughter-in-law Tracy Lee Scheckel; her brother Randy Stroud; her niece Katie Lou Stroud; and her brother-in-law Dennis Kornegay.
She is survived by: her husband William R. "Joe" Ralph; her children, Shane Ralph of Mount Olive and Rebecca; her son-in-law Terry Baumgardner of Poolesville, Maryland; her brother James Edward; her sister-in-law Jo Ann Stroud of Kaplan; her sisters, Elaine S. Kornegay of Mount Olive and Debra S. (Donnie Bradshaw); her grandchildren, William Tyler Scheckel, Samantha Wood Scheckel (Joshua Outlaw), Shaun Baumgardner (Kimberly) and Heather Mees (Phil); and her great grandchildren, Cora Mees, Blakeley Baumgardner, Brendan Outlaw and Steven Outlaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
