She is survived by: her husband Henry James "Bro" Peterson; her daughter Denice; her former husband Hall Branch; her granddaughter Averina Mozingo; her children, Kirby Cooper, Deborah Peterson Underwood of Greensboro, NC and Henry James "Jimmy" Peterson, Jr. (Nettie) of Atlanta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Joy Underwood (Jushaun Allen), Candace Underwood Price (Jermaine), Malika Nicloe Durham and Quinton Ryan Peterson (Tiffany); and her siblings, Mankie, Evelyn, Bayetta of Gloria, A. P. and George. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
