He is survived by: his son Earl Outlaw (Amanda) of Seven Springs; his grandchildren, Amanda Nicole Outlaw (Robert Woodcock) of Seven Springs, Jonathan Earl Outlaw of Seven Springs and John Wayne Outlaw of Seven Springs; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Paige Woodcock and Noah Orion Woodcock of Seven Springs; and his siblings, Tony Outlaw (Kathy) of Mount Olive, Carroll Outlaw (Lottie) of Goldsboro, Kenneth Outlaw (Jean) of Seven Springs, Rodney Outlaw of Seven Springs, Patricia O. Walker (Jimmy) of Goldsboro and Judy O. Holland of Goldsboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
