He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Perkins Jr. and Isabell Lofton Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wells Perkins; his stepson Kenneth Miller of Mt, Olive; his brother Carl Perkins of Dudley; and his aunt Emma Lofton of Goldsboro. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
