He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Giddens Wise; his parents, Ivey Wise and Letha Darden Wise; his brother Eggbert Wise; and also, Larry Giddens, Johnny Wayne Giddens and Ray Giddens.
He is survived by: his children, Donna W. (Blake Strickland), Chris (Bonnie Wise) and Randy (Starr Wise); his brother William; his sister-in-law Helen Wise of Mount Olive; his sister Lillie W. Holland of Dudley; his sister-in-law Kaye S. Wise of Mount Olive; his grandchildren, Ashley Grady (Kenny), Heather Hall (Craig), Britt Daughtry (Trey), Luke Wise, Megan Kornegay (Cameron), Madison Fussell (Zack) and Makenzie Lewis (Wesley); his great grandchildren, Channing Grady, Easton Grady, Aiden Hall, Ava Hall, Karlee Hall, Anslee Hall and Max Kornegay; and also, Kaye Thornton (Don), Jo Ann Thornton (Bobby) and Lisa Whitfield (Raeford).
