Joseph B. Hall Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 78, Joseph B. Hall (Mount Olive, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parent Alee Elizabeth Hall. He is survived by: his children, Stephon Duncan of Raleigh, Bugetta Evans of Raleigh and Elizabeth Hall of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his siblings, Maurice Hall (Olean), Devon Hall, Thomas Hall of Warsaw, NC, Addie P. Hall, Janice Outlaw of Warsaw, NC and Linda Johnson of LaGrange, NC; and his aunt Laura V. Hall of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Garris Funeral Home (812 SW Center St, Mt Olive, NC 28365). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
