He is survived by: his children, Tammy Outlaw Hayes (Keith) of Dudley and Gray Outlaw (Shonda) of Dudley; his grandchildren, Jackson Hayes (Courtney), Kelsey Hayes Ragavage (Shane), Marshall Outlaw, Mary Grayce Outlaw and Brittney White (Lance); his great grandchildren, Gunner, Sadie, Marleigh, Rylee, Jaxon Hayes, Brooklyn, Chloe Ragavage, Olivia, Charlie Massey, Riley and Lance Paul White; his friend Sarah Lynch; his sister Edythe O.; his brother-in-law Arnold Blanton of Dudley; his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Nancy Outlaw of Dudley; his aunt Ruth Outlaw of Kenansville; and his siblings-in-law, Martha J. and Roger Davis of Calypso. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Tyndall Funeral Home (1005 N Church St, Mt Olive, NC 28365). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
