He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilden Harper and Ruth Armwood Harper; his wife Jennie Harper; and his son Andre Jackson Harper of Baltimore, MD.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the University of Mount Olive Campus (652 R. B. Butler Dr, Mt Olive, NC 28365).
