She was predeceased by: her grandfather Sam Radcliff. She is survived by: her parents, Sam Oates and Rita Knox Oates of Faison; her brother Derek; her sister-in-law Bethany Oates of Clinton; her nephew Logan Oates; her niece Abigail Oates of Clinton; and her grandparents, Charles, Margie Knox of Goldsboro and Jean Oates of Faison.
