With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Head Kornegay (Mount Olive, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Janice Head may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janice Head touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tyndall Funeral Home (1005 N Church St, Mt Olive, NC 28365). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Snow Hill Free Will Baptist Church (1224 Red Hill Rd, Mt Olive, NC 28365).
