He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Manley and Classie Kornegay Manley; his children, Varonda Manley and Dexter Manley; and his siblings, Jessie Bell Webb, Sarah Stevens, Eva McIntyre, Donald Manely, Jonathan Manley and Frances West.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Jones Manley; his children, Jerome Manley (Davetta), Benita Manley, Ishmael Manley, Eddie Manley and Summer Darden; his grandchildren, Jaylon Davis, Shornella Manley, Donald Wilson and Rodney Mason; and his sisters, Wilma Manley and Sandra Manley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
