We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Henry G. Gurganus (Mount Olive, North Carolina), born in Snow Hill, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Murphy Gurganus and Laura Inez Oakes Gurganus; and his brother Kenneth Gurganus. He is survived by: his son Franklin Grey Gurganus of Garner; his siblings, Metta Betsy "Bet" Gurganus of Swansboro, Arthur Carroll "A. C." Gurganus of Snow Hill, William Murphy Gurganus, Jr. (Shirley) of Creedmoor and Dave Gurganus of Snow Hill; his niece Carla Gannis of New York; his former wife Anacelia Cervantes of Swansboro; and also Arturo Sarrelangue of Greensboro.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that Henry's memory be reflected in memorials made to Habitat for Humanity Cape Carteret.
