She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Bland and Maggie Ezzell Bland; and her sisters, Louise B. Smith and Rachel B. Grantham. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth B. Best; her son Tony; her daughter-in-law Bobbie P. Best of Mount Olive; her daughter Joy B.; her son-in-law Mike Grantham of Dudley; and her granddaughters, Kellie Best Turner (Jeffrey) of Clayton, Morgan Best Stokes (Collin) of Garner and Kendall Grantham of Dudley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
