It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Everett Allen Stevens (Mount Olive, North Carolina), who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother David Michael Stevens; his wife Emma "Pickle" Powell Stevens; his daughter Jerri Lynn Stevens; his sisters, Barbara S. Grice and Annette S. Stuart; and his parents, Woodrow Stevens and Mary Helen Grant Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeannie Stevens Barwick (John) of Grantham and Judith Stevens Redfearn of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Emma Redfearn of Jacksonville, Joshua Chappell of Washington, DC and Wesley Redfearn of Cedar Point; his great grandchild John Redfearn; and his sisters, Virginia S. Fields of Grantham, Libby S. Hooks (Mike) of Rosewood and Janie Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
