He is survived by: his siblings, Sherwood Keen of Mt. Olive, Jean Fletcher of Elkton and Joyce Guine of Fayetteville; his stepchildren, Brian, Kim Parrish, Tanya and Scott Betts; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Hanna Betts, Donny, Patty Betts and Josie Parrish; his stepgreat-granddaughter Rosanna Betts; his cousin Henry Fields; and his friends, Hampton Giddens and Barbara Calton (Wayne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunn Funeral Home of Newton Grove (503 Raleigh St, Newton Grove, NC 28366). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
