She was predeceased by: her parents, May Guy and James Guy; her husband Clifford Hamilton Phillips, Jr.; her siblings, Charles Guy, James F. Guy, Edna Howard and Joyce Harris; and her son-in-law Mitchell Warren.
She is survived by: her children, Clifford "Cliff" H. Phillips III (Sue) of Mount Olive and Pamela P. Warren of Washington, NC; her grandchildren, Clifford "Chip" H. Phillips IV (Roxanne), Leigh Phillips Williams (Jeffery), Mendi Warren Lewis (Shane) and Misti Warren Smith (Branch); and her great grandchildren, Ava Grace, Halli, Jack, Jacob Williams, Carson Phillips, Rylee, Kamryn Lewis, Collins, Della James and Guy Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, PO Box 239, Mount Olive, NC 28365, or to Relay for Life of Beaufort County, c/o Carol West, 1988 Lizzard Slip Road, Washington, NC 27889 (in which Pam participates).
