He was predeceased by: his father Newton Gerald Bartlett. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Pate Bartlett; his wife Anne Lee Bartlett; his children, Matthew Douglas Bartlett (Leigh Ann) and Lauren Deborah Bartlett; his grandchildren, Landon Bartlett, Ashton Bartlett and Cruz Bartlett; his siblings, Gerald Bartlett (Darlene), Charles Bartlett (Diane), Jeff Bartlett (Connie), Kevin Bartlett and Melissa B. Harris (Berry); and his aunt Helen Godwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to World Missions at Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 130 Ed Edmundson Road, Mt Olive, NC 28365.
