She is survived by: her daughters, Kaydynce Ellen and Willow Rae Locklear; her parents, Freddie Lewis and Susan Grady Lewis of Mount Olive; her former husband Terry "Chief" Locklear of Faison; her sister Kelly Lewis Brock; her brother-in-law Brandon Brock of Mount Olive; her nephew Brayden Lewis Brock; her niece Mattie Grace Brock of Mount Olive; her stepdaughters, Jasmine Lowry (Ashley) of Pembroke and Terrie Rose Lambert (Troy) of Lumberton; her aunts and uncles, Renee (Lane Sutton), Linda (Spencer Langston), Eddie Lewis of Dudley, Peggy L. (Mike Tyndall), Tara Britt and Bill Kelly of Mount Olive; and her cousins, Michael (Amy Langston), Jamie (Dana Langston), Ethan James Sutton (Abby), Kenny Minchew (Josh) and Heather Lewis (Lindsay Lewis).
