She was predeceased by: her parents, James Champion and Jonnie Champion; her husband Tommy Puckett, Sr.; and her sister Brenda Champion. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Puckett, Jr. (Susan), Robin Puckett Ritchie (Ray) and Jimmy Puckett (Kim); her sister Judy Rae Desantis; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Vanleeuwen, Grey Stallings and Miles Ritchie.
