He was predeceased by: his father Leon Clement Padgett; and his wife Joann Newton Padgett. He is survived by: his children, Montgomery "Monty" Padgett (Robin) and Freda Padgett Reep (Mark); his sister Karen Wagner (Larry); his grandchildren, Justin Padgett, Ashley Reep and Levi Reep; and his great grandchild Wyatt Padgett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
