It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Arthur Hipps of Mount Holly, North Carolina, born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Bradshaw; and his children, Debbie Runyan and Andrew. He is also survived by seven grandchildren along with 11 great grandchildren.
