He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Felton and Margie Ott Felton; and his son Randall Felton. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Frix and James Felton; and his siblings, Wanda Wise (Jeff), Linda Felton, Ronny Felton (Gwen) and Davey Felton. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
