He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jenkins and Helen Withers Jenkins; and his brother Barry Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ballard Jenkins; his daughters, Deborah "Lynn" Stepp and Paula "DeAnn" Barrett (Bill); his grandchildren, Eric, Garrett, Travis, Lauren and John; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Jaxon and Olliana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
