She was predeceased by: her parents, Gola Buchanan and Mary Derrick Buchanan; her husbands, Alvin W. Bynum and Doyle M. Price; her son Ronnie Steven Bynum; her siblings, Zelda Lanham, Velma Bishop and Clyde Buchanan; and her grandchildren, Stephen Craig Breedlove, Eugene Tyner and Jennifer Bynum.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Helton (Calvin), Darrell Bynum (Betsy), Kay Lance (Doug), Larry Bynum (Peggy) and Vickie Breedlove (John Thompson); and her close friends, Frances Stines, Debra Lewis, Wanda Mundy, Brenda Conner and Linda Clevenger. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren.
