It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Abernathy of Mount Holly, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Mosley and Julia Garrett Love Mosley; her husband Buddy Abernathy; her siblings, Ivey Hawes, Margie Green, Elsie Smith, Everette, Robert, Marshall, Earnest, Harold and James Mosley; her children, Steven Abernathy (Melissa) and Teresa Hosseini; and her sister Dorothy Turner.
