She was predeceased by: her parents, James Belk and Macie Smith Belk; her husband John S. Lowe; her son Larry D. Lowe; and her siblings, Hubert Belk, Elbert Belk, Ella Mae Hager and Nellie Starnes.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Susie Lowe of Stanley; her grandsons, Mark Lowe (Dawn) of Lincolnton and Kevin Lowe (Felicia) of Lincolnton; her great grandchildren, Samuel Patrick Lowe, Taylor Riston Lowe and Olivia Hope Lowe; and her brother Olin Belk (Sue) of Iron Station.
