She is survived by: her husband Earl Alfred Fowlkes Sr.; her children, Earl Fowlkes Jr. (Phyllis), Evans James Fowlkes, Debbie Lynn Miller (Vernon) and Donna Lee Kabakjian (John Sr.); her grandchildren, Jarad, Jennifer, Rachel, Angela, April, Vernon Jr. and Jessica; and her siblings, Annie, Lillian, Judy and Jimmy. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
