He is survived by: his brother Michael Lee Tharp; his brother-in-law Tom Cadmus; his nephew Tommy Cadmus; his daughter Jessica Lovell; his grandchildren, Madison Sheri and John Michael; his son Mark Levi Tharp Jr.; and his sisters, Jerri Cadmus of Vero Beach, FL and Barbara Schaffer (Brian) of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
