We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2022, at the age of 99, Maerell Elizabeth Burris of Mount Holly, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Holland and Letcher Holland; and her husband Clyde Rowe Burris. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Dellinger (Becky), Debra (Debbie) and Hartness; her brother Edward Holland; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Davis (Steve), Katherine Huffstickler (Brian), Caroline Beck (Rob) and Amanda Allen (Arthur); and her great grandchildren, Jackson Davis, Jordan Davis, Anna Huffstickler, Andrew Huffstickler, Sydney Beck, Amelia Allen (Milly) and Alexandria Allen (Xander).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 140 North Main Street, Mount Holly, NC.
