He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James Buffin and Effie Bays; and his wife Ivanna (Dotson). He is survived by: his children, Sue Carol (Donnie Long), David (Deleene), Beverly and James (Connie); and his close friend Peggie Huffman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304).
