With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Clark Bergman Jr. (Mount Holly, North Carolina), born in Fairfield, Connecticut, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard C. Bergman, and Lillian Bergman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his brother Neil (Kasmin); and his children, Paul D. Bergman (Melissa), Ruth A. Crenshaw, Deborah L Haga (Kenneth) and Timothy J. Bergman. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, one great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
He was ordained to the ministry in 1960 and shared the Word of God up until 2020 when Covid closed most churches.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or to the Presbyterian Mission.
