He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozell Eldridge (Mullinax) and James Edley Eldridge; and his brothers, Hubert Eldridge and Richard Eldridge. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Eldridge (Beaver); his children, Mary Stutts, Melanie Williams (Tim), Mindy Marriott, CJ Jackson, Mickey Eldridge (Tracy) and Jerry Tharp; and his brother Eddie Eldridge. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
