He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sisk and Lena Stuart Sisk. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Samuel Sisk (Cheyenne Eckard), Misty Sisk (Jonathan), Brian Allen Buchanan (Amanda) and Ira Neal Buchanan; his siblings, Charles "Ed" Sisk, Geraldine "Bonnie" Collins and David "Preach" Sisk (Doris); and his grandchildren, Devin, Brady and Chloe.
