He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leo Langley and Catherine Morton Langley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Young Langley; his daughter Heather Langley Fosterling (Daniel); his grandchildren, Kenneth Dustin Barker, Sydney Danielle Fosterling and Kamryn Elizabeth Fosterling; and his siblings, William Langley (Ida), Glenda Henson and Linda Strickland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
